As your doula, I believe that every family deserves compassionate support during their birth and postpartum journey. My mission is to empower you by providing knowledge and emotional support you may need to thrive while welcoming a new family member. After all we are all living for the first time, or as I like to say, they are new here.
My Philosophy
I believe in empowering the birthing person and their families to make informed decisions about their healthcare. I provide evidence-based care and honor your choices for your birth experience. As your doula, I offer non-bias support in your birthing goals. I want my clients to look back on their experience of birth, knowing they made the choices they felt were best to bring their newest member into their family.
Services
As your doula, I offer a variety of services to support you through your pregnancy journey. From prenatal care to postpartum care, I am here for you every step of the way. A quote from one of my favorite movies:

Birth services include a minimum of two prenatal visits, labor support, and two postpartum visits. However, as your doula I like my clients to think of me like a best friend. I am always a text or call away. You are never a bother, I am here for you.
I accept Private Pay, OHP, OEBB, PEBB, and IHN.
Location
My office is conveniently located in the heart of Salem, with easy access to public transportation and parking.
I support clients in Salem, Silverton, Corvallis and surrounding areas.
