I am a certified birth and postpartum doula and licensed healthcare professional who is dedicated to providing you with personalized and compassionate care. I prioritize your needs and preferences throughout your pregnancy journey.  I am registered in Oregon as a Traditional Healthcare Worker, which is a really fancy way of saying I am allowed to bill insurances. As a mom, I have been there; in the throws of Postpartum Anxiety and Intrusive Thoughts, I have been in those late night trenches and I am here to make sure you find the support you need. Sometimes our village is who helps us see the glimmer of hope in our dark days. I gladly come to you carrying the flashlight, meeting you where you are in this moment.
